IN AND THROUGH THE BODY

Every Saturday, we gather at the beach dancefloor. Water, air, earth, fire, and ether are all present to help us connect, let emotions arise, and allow ourselves to be permeated and transformed. We are wiser than we think, as powerful as we can imagine, and our bodies are full of magic, so we will connect and use this magical wand to awaken and remember who we truly are.
We become one with nature, remembering there is no such thing as division. We let go of our masks, and our authentic selves become available. The journey is unique for each one, and we go through it together in a community.

MOVING TOGETHER  WHEREVER YOU ARE

We meet once a month from different places in the world, in nature, in the same place online. We use technology to connect with the natural beauty of the world while sharing space to practice personal development, expansion, and liberation. What is your favorite natural place where you will take us to travel with you as a community?

    Each month, we will move with a different intention:

    January Sacred Contracts     February Believe

    • Choose a magical place in nature that calls you.
    • Use your Bluetooth headphones to move freely through space.
    • Check that you have the necessary battery.
    • Bring your water bottle, journal and pen, a yoga mat or towel/tarp for support.
